Our Mission and Vision
Mission
Painting Pandas’ mission centers around the belief that Art is an essential avenue for creativity, problem-solving, social development, and emotional expression and should be accessible to all. By providing free art lessons and art classes based on our developmentally-appropriate and carefully curated art curriculum, along with free quality art supplies, to elementary-age children in grades Kindergarten-5th, our goal is that they will use visual art and art-making as tools to instill joy, hope, confidence, self-esteem, curiosity, and inspiration, as well as to foster social development and emotional wellbeing.
Vision
Our vision is that exposure to Art will enhance social emotional learning: self management, social awareness, relationship skills, self awareness, self-esteem, and responsible decision-making. Painting Pandas’ vision is to create easily accessible platforms that increase confidence, communication, future problem solving and life long skills.
